Dogs often eat stones, cement and other non-edibles when they have gastro-intestinal problems. Please take him to a veterinarian for an exam. If the exam determines that he is healthy, then this is a behavioral problem. I do not know where in India you live, but if you need a reconmmendation for a veterinarian in Mumbai, or somewhere else I could possibly help.

Mike is not psychotic. Eating things that are not considered part of a normal diet is called Pica. It may be behaviorally based (due to anxiety, boredom, frustration, etc.) or physically based (vitamin deficiencies, hyperthyroidism, anemia, etc.). I would have him checked by the vet to rule out any medical condition first. If he is healthy, then he needs some work on the cause of his odd munching. I can help with this--just click on the prompt to initiate a consult.
