What is the medicine or solution if my dog have a cyst in the back?

Without seeing the cyst and determining what kind of cyst it is, I cannot give you an advice on how to treat it. I suggest you take Kimchi to a veterinarian for an exam. This cyst could be anything from an encysted parasite to a follicular cyst, to a congenital spinal cord condition, etc. Treatment varies depending on the type of cyst. Some cysts can just be left alone.
