My dog's not eating, sleeping, and has a dry nose. What does it mean?

Pet's info: Dog | Japanese Spitz | Male | neutered | 7 years and 3 months old | 40 lbs

uhmm for the last 5 days my dog is not feeling well (i think) he doesnt eat his foods ( He always eats his foods) and he is inclement, and his always sleeping.... what does dry nose means? thankyou i hope i get reply asap because im really worried if we try to bring him to the vet he growls at us, and yep we're scared cause he might bite us (although he have vaccination 2months ago) hope i get reply ASAP

The good news is that a dry nose means nothing in a dog, it's not used as a sign of illness. A dog's nose can go from wet and moist to dry just by sitting next to a heat source or in the sun. If he hasn't been eating his food for five days, then Gaspar needs to see a vet as soon as possible.
