My dog has swollen paws, can't walk, and abnormal blood. What's wrong?

My dog Dixie has two swollen front paws and cannot walk on back legs. She has low red blood cells and low protein levels. Her white blood cells are up. She has been treated for a possible disease and has been xrayed. Pet's info: Dog | Bluetick Coonhound | Female | 7 years and 5 months old | 48 lbs
