My dog is running a fever of 103.7, lethargic, eating small amounts of food and water, pooping and peeing normally, has yellow sticky mucus from nose, I was wanting to know if I could give her baby aspirin for the fever or if there is anything I can do at home to make her feel better. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 2 years and 4 months old | 65 lbs

No, you cannot give her baby aspirin or any other human anti fever medications as most are very toxic to dogs, as she is running a fever and has nasal discharge it's pretty obvious she is suffering from an infection and will need to be taken to the vet ASAP, she will need an antibiotic course.
