Why is my dog drinking alot of water and her stomach is tight and making weird noises? Also she been looking idk depressed or sick lately her eyes is watery and she has been making weird noises with her throat im so worried what's wrong with her? Oh no, poor Nicki! I'm not sure if she is spayed or not, but if she isn't spayed, then these symptoms could be due to a pyometra. This is an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment, and it's extremely serious. She could also have a foreign body, a severe GI illness, or could be bloated. Because I don't know if she is spayed or not and due to the severity of her symptoms, it's best that she sees a vet right away for a physical exam, blood tests, urinalysis, and x-rays. If she does have a pyometra, spaying her is one of the recommended treatments. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.
