My hamster is wobbly and not moving much. Is it a stroke or ear issue?

My roborovski hamster is very wobbly and is having trouble getting up his ramps and moving about his cage. He's normally very active, but for the last two days he hasn't been coming out of his home as much as he usually does and I haven't been hearing him moving about at night. He seems to be eating and drinking normally but i was wondering if he could have had a stroke even though I only got him in January from a pet store. His eyes are open and his ears are up and doesn't seem to be in pain.

He could have had a stroke or these signs could be compatible with an inflammation of the middle ear (causing vestibular signs). I would recommend a check up to confirm or rule out these clinical suspicion and give appropriate treatment. In case of an otitis antibiotics may be needed.
