My young German Shepherd is limping, shifting paws. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 11 months and 25 days old | 60 lbs

mailo has been limping on his right hand and he never put it on the floor i took him to various vets around no one really gave me a reason i made blood and urine tests he has urine canels inflammation i treated him he started to get better after I stopped medicines the hand got worse so the vet gave him a course of injection for the nerves the hand got better then after 2 days the other one is not on the floor idont know what to do im fron syria but i can get him whatever he needs to get welL

Well without seeing Mailo, or the bloodwork, or other tests that have been done, it's really hard to know what is going on. A consult with one of our experts would be great because you could upload blood work, radiographs, or other diagnostics that have been done to give us a better picture of what is making Mailo lame. I will suggest that perhaps he needs X-rays of his lame leg if this hasn't been done, because young GSDs get some developmental bone disorders that present as intermittent lameness that responds to anti-inflammatories. These diseases are very treatable and easy to diagnose with X-rays, so that'd be a place to start.
