My hamsters tail is losing fur and has like mucus coming out of this butt. She doesn't have diarrhea and is still moving fine. Also her eye sometimes doesn't open.

These signs might be compatible with an early stage of what is commonly called ''wet tail'' or possibly a gastrointestinal infection. An immediate check up is needed to confirm or rule out this clinical suspicion and have appropriate treatment given. Please do not hesitate to contact us again on the forum or by requesting a consultation (where you can post pictures ) if you have any more questions or to discuss it any further.
