Hi my cat has a dry,scaly, possibly ulcerated growth on his nose. Any idea?

Oh no, poor Jax! Unfortunately, I would be concerned that this ulcerate growth could be a malignant tumor such as a squamous cell carcinoma. I would have him seen by a vet first thing on Monday for this so it can be diagnosed and treated as needed.
