Pet's info: Cat | Himalayan | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 24 days old
She got two shots of vaccinations, one final shot remains. However she caught a bad viral infection few days after her 2nd vaccination. Almost lost her. But luckily she survived. Back healthy and active since 10 days now. Her third vaccination shot is due next week. Should I go for it or delay it and for how long if so?

I'm glad to hear that Kitty is feeling better again! If her vet examines her and says that she appears healthy, there is no reason to delay her vaccine. Vaccinations are effective when given 3-4 weeks apart so that there is appropriate stimulation for both short term (IgM) and long term (IgG) antibody formation.
