How to train my 9-month Lab mix puppy who bites, barks, and runs away?

My dog has problems with nipping when he is playing with my children. He also runs away outside sometimes, we keep him on a leash but sometimes he gets away from us and he doesn't come. He also barks and growls at new people which is unusual since he is still puppy. i was just hoping you could give me some tips with training him to be less aggressive and more obedient. He is male and about nine months old, he is a Labrador mix. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 9 months and 4 days old | 45 lbs
