Kitten sneezing while suckling: What's causing it and what to do?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 4 days old | 3 lbs

This isn't about beans it's about his adoptive litter mates who are 2 weeks older than him I just noticed today that the little black one keeps sneezing while suckling she sneezes like 3-6 times per hour it only happens when she's suckling

This kitten may have an upper respiratory tract infection, pneumonia, or a congenital birth defect affecting its mouth/palate area. If you have access to a veterinarian it'd be best to examine this kitten and consider testing for infectious diseases that are very contagious to other cats.
