Why is my senior Lab vomiting, lethargic, and peeing uncontrollably?

12 yr old male Labrador is urinating uncontrollably, vomiting, lethargic and no appetite.

Hi there. I'm sorry Bubba is having this issue. It sounds like Bubba needs to be seen by a vet immediately. You should take him to an emergency clinic right away if your regular veterinarian is not open. With the limited information you provided regarding his symptoms I cannot tell you exactly what is going on with him but it sounds like he could have anything from a toxicity to complications from diabetes or liver disease.
