12 yr old male Labrador is urinating uncontrollably, vomiting, lethargic and no appetite. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 115 lbs

Hi there. I'm sorry Bubba is having this issue. It sounds like Bubba needs to be seen by a vet immediately. You should take him to an emergency clinic right away if your regular veterinarian is not open. With the limited information you provided regarding his symptoms I cannot tell you exactly what is going on with him but it sounds like he could have anything from a toxicity to complications from diabetes or liver disease.
