My dog's neuter wound opened. Does he need to see the vet again?

My male dog got neutered last Monday and his wound was glued shut. It has opened some and I'm wondering if I should take him back to the the vet. I have a picture if you'd like. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 3 years and 2 months old | 90 lbs

After almost a week of healing, the wound shouldn't be opening back up, so I would have Kane seen by a vet to check this out. It may need to be closed again with more surgical glue or staples.
