My kitty had been outside and has gotten a small hole in his cheek. Now the sore is getting puffy and red around it. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 5 lbs

Given that the area is now swollen and red, it sounds like it infected and Thor has to see a vet as soon as possible. He will need the area cleaned and oral antibiotics for the infection. Please take him into a vet asap.
