Barbie sounds extremely ill, and her anorexia could be caused by a systemic illness, infection, inflammation, or injury. This is a medical emergency and she needs veterinary attention now. Please bring her into a vet right away.

Barbie obviously is not feeling well. She may have an infection. Unfortunately not eating, being weak and sleepy are general signs of illness and there are many illnesses that show these signs. You will need to take her to a veterinary doctor for an exam and treatment. Make sure she keeps drinking water, offer her her favourite food and monitor her eliminations ( urine and feces). Your veterinarian will ask you about them.

Sky is experiencing very general symptoms of disease, these symptoms could fit almost any internal condition, maybe she is suffering from an infection, from the symptoms described it's very hard to know. i would recommend taking her to the vet as soon as possible in order to get her checked, if she doesn't show any other obvious symptoms during the examination, a blood test and possibly an ultrasound will be needed in order to try and find out what is wrong with her.
