I'm sorry Bruno isn't doing well! Yes 101.1F is normal for dogs. It could be that the curd upset his stomach. Curd is a dairy product, and it's never recommended to give dogs dairy because it causes GI upset in the form of vomiting and diary. I can give you home remedy to try to see if that helps Bruno, and in the future, do not give him any dairy. Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, he vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away.

Diarrhea (and throwing up) can have many causes. It is basically a problem with the stomach and intestines caused by a food over sensitivity, eating something that does not agree with the dog, intestinal parasites, bacterial infection, viral infection, the weather, food change, stress, etc. I would put Quinn on bland food for a day or two, such as boiled white rice and boiled white boneless chicken meat, fed in small quantities over several feeds and then transition back to his regular food slowly over a few days. If this does not clear up the diarrhea or if the vomiting increases, or if he gets lethargic, he needs to see a veterinarian for an exam as there may be something more serious such as an infection going on.

The curd likely didn't agree with his stomach. Poor Bruno. I would not feed him this again, as it has no nutritional value for your pet. Most dogs are lactose intolerant. His body just basically rejected this altogether. But it is good that he is feeling better now. Continue to feed him just his dog food kibble only. I would also keep out the cauliflower for now, until you are sure he is ok. You can try the Cauliflower at a later date if you desire. Hopefully Bruno continues to get better. If he still has upset stomach issues, then consider giving him a bland diet of boiled plain chicken and rice or cottage cheese for a few days. Take care.

Poor Bruno! If he ate something spoiled, this could certainly cause an upset stomach with vomiting and drooling. As far as how to tell if the problem is serious - my rule of thumb is that if vomiting continues for more than 24 hours, or if he develops any other symptoms such as acting lethargic or not wanting to eat, he needs to see a vet. If he's only been sick since earlier today and he's acting fine otherwise, you could try withholding food for the rest of the day to give his stomach a chance to settle. If he's still vomiting by tomorrow morning or if he starts to act like he doesn't feel well, it would be best to take him to the vet for treatment.
