Why is one of my puppy's paw pads pink and the others black?

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 25 days old | 12 lbs

Hi there my puppy has a pure pink pad on his foot all are black except for 1 toe

If the pad is just pink, does not have a discharge, or is cracked or bleeding, then it is just a pad without black pigment. Nothing to worry about. If the pad looks injured or has a discharge or hurts, then it needs to be examined by a vet.
