Can my vaccinated dog get parvo after meeting an infected puppy?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 4 months old

If dog like bruno age who is fully vaccined with distemper, corona and anti rabies met puppy who has parvo virus so can bruno also get par i for that infected puppy ?

Bruno is still a young dog and there are several strains of parvo. No vaccine is 100% protective, so I do not recommend that you let Bruno meet this infected puppy. It is better to wait a few weeks until this puppy is completely healthy again. If Bruno got in contact with the parvo puppy already, then I suggest you watch him closely for about 10 days after the contact. If he stops eating, gets lethargic, dehydrated, or vomits or gets diarrhea, you need to take him to the vet immediately as he may have been infected.

    No vaccination is 100%. However, if she is fully vaccinated then the likelihood is very slim. If they had no contact (including walking or standing in the same space) then hopefully no transfer happened. I would monitor closely for any signs of lethargy, vomiting, or diarrhea over the next 10-14 Days. Best of luck and thank you for using Pet Coach.
