hello,well my dog fell of a table that she was walking on and hit here botom and back,thats what i thout at first.sadenli i sour blood coming from here viginer spreding out a lot.i panicto,got papper and tride to stop the blood,and it stop after a few minuts.i toook here to the vet they hade a look insid here viginer with a tool.the doctor sed to me that she hit here iside of viginer some how bu not very deep.he gave here an injection so it doesnt get infectid and gave me antibiotics for a week. It is good that you took Dolly to a veterinarian. You will need to give her time to heal , give the antibiotics as prescribed and at the end of the week giving her the antibiotics you should take her back to the vet to make sure she healed. Do not let her walk on the table again, and do not let her jump around a lot so the tissue can heal.
