Part of my cat's right ear always seem to be warmer than the rest of his ear. He also seems to have more liquidy poo and occassionally forgets to cover it.

Poor Frodo! I'm sorry that he's having these problems. If part of his right ear feels warmer than normal, this may be because he has an ear infection or ear mites causing inflammation of the ear - if you see any brown or black debris in his ear canal, this is also a sign of an infection. The liquidy poo is likely an unrelated problem, and could be caused by a number of different things including parasites, an intestinal infection, a food allergy or intolerance to something in his diet, or inflammatory bowel disease. I would recommend taking Frodo to the vet for an exam when you are able to. He/she can investigate both of these problems and do some diagnostic testing if needed to determine what is causing them, so that Frodo can get started on appropriate treatment.
