Hello, day before yesterday my dog had probably eaten grass/mud and was puking. It was very sick. It had fever cause its paws and ears were hot, then it became ok, it was getting better then today afternoon we gave it boiled meat to eat as it was not eating anything. then now my dog is pooping blood clots and vomiting yellow. P.S,: it is a street dog i adopted when it was a puppy.

Poor Hanku! I am concerned that his stool has blood clots and he is vomiting. He should be examined by a vet to determine the cause and treat. He could have an infection or parasite and your vet can test a stool sample to help determine the cause. He may need a dewormer, antibiotic, anti-vomiting medication, probiotic, gastrointestinal protectant, and/or an anti-diarrhea medication. He might also need some fluids to prevent dehydration. Please call your vet and have him examined.
