What is the chance of my dog being pregnant? My male and female tied only once. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 4 years and 3 months old | 6 lbs

There is a chance Zina could be pregnant, as it can take only one mating to get a dog pregnant. I would wait at least three weeks after they tied before taking her into the vet for blood tests to confirm if she is pregnant or not.
