Dog shaking, not eating, odd breathing, and not moving. What's wrong?

My female dog hasn't been her self the last couple days. She's stopped eating today and the last few days she's been shaking like she's cold and her breathing now sounds odd. She's not really wanting to move either. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 7 months old

It sounds like Mia is pretty sick. Her shaking and change in breathing habits could be a sign of pain. Now that she has new symptoms of not eating or moving around she really needs to be examined by your veterinarian as soon as possible.
