Is 10 weeks old too late to bring home a puppy? Can I still train him?

Is it right for me to bring a puppy of 10 weeks?Is it too late to bring him?

No it is not too late at all. Make sure he is vaccinated (he should have received his first shot at least). You can start training him immediately.
