My dog is slow, tail tucked, and stretching. Could it be stomach pain?

My dog is suddenly moving very slowly and has tail tucked between her legs. She also won't stop stretching. What should I do?

Oh poor JoJo! The stretching can be a sign of stomach pain, as well as moving slowly and her tail tucked between her legs. I would monitor her for now, and if she is still acting this way in the morning, I would have her seen by a vet. If she develops other signs such as unproductive vomiting, bloated abdomen, looking at her abdomen, or restlessness (all signs of bloat), take JoJo into a vet immediately.
