Since regulations and laws will vary between countries, you should contact your local veterinary board or occupational safety board. These agencies typically will publish the specific guidelines online for public perusal. In this instance, the website of the Veterinary Council of New Zealand should provide the information requested. Their website is: http://www.vetcouncil.org.nz/CPC/Introduction/CPC_Introduction.php

You should be able to easily find the answers to that in your instruction book, If not, then perusing your search engine and looking at the relevant websites of the New Zealand Regulations should help. If you cannot find it, give these organisations a call: http://www.nzvna.org.nz/regulation.html http://www.foodsafety.govt.nz/industry/acvm/vet-medicines/ http://www.vetcouncil.org.nz/gainReg etc.
