Is it true that a 9 year old dog in good health should be put on a low protein diet? I have done a lot of research and have not found any truth to that accept it is an old mentality and can result in more harm than good. Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Basset Hound | Female | spayed | 9 years and 3 months old | 60 lbs
