Hi! If Cassie were to be diabetic, she would likely be losing weight, despite a good appetite. She would also be drinking more water, and urinating more. The symptoms of a urinary tract infection in cats, are usually: bloody urine, or small frequent urinations, often outside of the litter box. Hope this helps!
