My kitten won't drink milk, sleeps all day, and is very skinny.

My kitten don't want to drink milk anymore and start to sleep all day,her skin very wet in one location.And her have very skiny body.When i touch her i can feel her bone.I give her enough milk all day.One day i saw her in different mood.She don't want to drink milk anymore. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 28 days old | 3 lbs

This is an emergency. Himawari is obviously very ill. The signs of illness you are describing are very unspecific, so I cannot really tell what may be wrong with her. Please take Himawari to a veterinary doctor today for an exam. If she does not start to eat and maybe has parasites, she will die. She will also need to eat kitten milk, not cow milk. Please find a veterinarian and take her there today.
