hi my miniature pomeranian is 49 days prengant she miscarried one pup yesturday sadly she still has three left, i went to the vet they gave her antibotic and an injection that was yesturday , today she is sleeping but breathing raidly, now she has stop breathing raidly and breathing normal but in a deep sleep and snoring, she has been eating and drinking water. is she ok and the pups? Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 9 months old

There is a chance that the other puppies died as well. Take her temperature and if it is above 38.5C please Take Honey back to the vet. If there is a fever, she has infection which likely is caused either by dead puppies or by an infection that caused the miscarriage.
