hi my miniature pomeranian is 49 days prengant she miscarried one pup yesturday sadly she still has three left, i went to the vet they gave her antibotic, she is sleeping but breathing raidly, she has been eating and drinking water. is she ok and the pups? Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 9 months old

The best way to know if the pups are ok is to ultrasound the remaining pups and count the fetal heart rates. If mom is eating and drinking and resting ok, she is probably fine. I would find a vet who can do ultrasound and check those fetal heart rates.
