Is it normal for my cat to poop twice a day if she seems healthy?

My cat usually poops in her litter once every 24-36 hours. A couple times this week she did one or two pieces early morning, then more in the evening. Colour and consistency are all good. Is it normal for a cat to poop 2 times a day??

Yes, some cats may poop twice a day - their schedules can vary a bit, just like people :) As long as her stools are normal in color and consistency and she is acting normal, I wouldn't be concerned about this at all.

There may not be so much residue from the food and most of it may be digestible. So she would not be producing so much stool. I would not worry about it as long as she eats and drinks and actually has a bowel movement. Just like people the intervals of having a bowel movement vary greatly.
