My dog's hip pops out when stretching. Should I be concerned?

My 10 month old Boston Terrier has a hip that pops out when she stretches. She is not in pain and is able to pop it back in within seconds. Should we do anything for this now? Pet's info: Dog | Boston Terrier | Female | spayed | 10 months and 5 days old | 10 lbs
