Kitten uses litter box all day but pees on sofa at night. Why?

I have a 3 month old kitten. She will use the litterbox all day long but at night time she will go on my sofa. Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female | unspayed | 3 lbs

Be careful that there is nothing scaring her from box at night such as overnight cycle on washing machine. Start confining her to a single room with trays and bed or crate overnight until new behavior is learned, normally about 3 weeks
