Could my adopted dog's sneezing and dandruff be spring allergies?

Last week I adopted a 2 year old dog, she has been sneezing a lot indoors and outdoors. It also seems like she has dandruff. Is this just a case of spring dog allergies?

It could allergies but it's more likely to be an upper respiratory infection, if it is it should resolve within a couple weeks without treatment. if he starts coughing- bring him to the vet to get treated.
