Poor Tiger! Green, pus-like discharge in the corners of the eyes is most often a sign of an eye infection, especially when both eyes are affected - it could also be caused by some type of injury to the eye, such as a corneal scratch or ulcer. This will require prescription eye drops to treat, so I would recommend taking Tiger to the vet for an exam as soon as you are able to - he/she can do an ophthalmic exam to help determine the problem and get him started on appropriate medication to treat it.
