Hello, I have a 9 week old Schipperke Frenchie mix who has just broken his left canine. The root is still in, about 3/4 of the tooth broke off earlier today. He had his dinner and just threw up some of it. Can it get infected? Is there anything I can do?

Yes, unfortunately this tooth can get infected and is also painful. I suggest you take Taz to your vet for an exam, and pain medicine until it can be either sealed or removed. He may be throwing up his dinner due to pain, but, of course other causes are possible, so be sure to mention the throwing up to your vet as well.
