My dog has red eyes, eye boogers, and is eating less. Should I worry?

My dog has had a smaller appetite and has a lot of eye boogers accompanied by slightly red eyes. I'm not sure if this is something I should be very worried about. He seems healthy otherwise. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 2 years and 4 months old | 72 lbs
