Dog threw up after dog park, ate, drank, now sleeping. Is he okay?

So we went to the dog park yesterday and when we got home my pup at his dinner and then threw it up a lot, I think he was over heated from being outside. He slept all night and he drank water and ate this morning and is now sleeping again. Do you think he's okay? Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 17 lbs

It is a good that he ate this morning but If he vomits today or seems lethargic than he should be examined by your vet. If he doesn't vomit today than he probably just had an upset stomach from something he ate, he may have ate too fast, or possibly been affected by the heat.
