My dog is scared of storms and has recurring red jelly-like poop.

We are having a thunderstorm right now and my dog is losing his mind. He's always been afraid of storms and nothing I do is helping to calm him. He's also pooping reddish brown, jelly like poo. He went on the bathroom floor and there was one solid poo and the rest was little reddish brown jelly spots all over. This is not the first times he's gone like this.

The red poo indicates blood in the stools and this is non related to his fears of thunders. you need to take him to the vet ASAP in order to get that treated as it is probably a gastrointestinal infection or a bowel disease.
