What's causing my dog's spreading, smelly face and paw irritation?

my dog has something on her face and its spreading it seems like its irritating her skin because she keeps grinding the part of her face wich is bruised on the floor and its spreading to her paws aswell.it has a bad smell but it doesnt look like its influencing her eating habbit as she eats nornal and is still her loving energetic self none of our other dogs are affected by this.only her

It could be that your dog has a skin infection, and it does sound like its bothering her if she is grinding her face into the floor. I would have her seen by a vet today for this, as I'm concerning that she has bruised her face from pushing it on the floor. The vet can diagnose what is causing this problem on her face and can prescribe medication to treat it.
