My dog has a growing lump covering his front teeth. Is it a tumor?

Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Male | unneutered | 6 years and 7 months old | 42 lbs

My dog have a very big bult that cover de two frontal thooth. It locks that he has a tumor. He is 6 years old. Beagle. He loves to snuffle and lick overal. I don't noticed any change of behavior, he eats good, he love's to run. But slowly the bult is growing .Can you help me?

Oh no, poor Darwin! It is possible that he has a tumor in his mouth, and if it's growing, it could be malignant. The best thing you can do for him is having him seen by a vet. The vet can perform a test called a fine needle aspirate on it. To do this, the vet sticks a small needle into the lump to get a sample of it's cells, and examines the cells on a slide under a microscope. It's usually painless to the animal, and relatively quick to perform. I would have him seen by a vet first thing tomorrow.

    Lumps and bumps should always be checked out with a veterinarian in person especially if the lump is growing larger in size, changing in color or shape, or having discharge come from it. Your vet may take a small sample of the mass to help determine what it is and if it concerning enough to be removed.
