My dog was neutered. Is bloody discharge from stitches normal?

Hi, my dog Elvis was neatured yesterday. He's home now with the cone of shame. When he is out every once and a while a drop of bloody/watery substance from his stitches (I think, can't quite tell) however there is no blood on him or his cage. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 45 lbs

In some cases, a small amount of serous or serosanguinous (clear or pinkish) discharge can occur a day or two after surgery. However, Elvis should be checked by his vet to make sure the incision has not become infected or developed a seroma, and is healing properly. Keep using his cone of shame to prevent any licking. I hope his recovery goes well!
