What happens if my dog got too much Advantix II for his weight?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | 10 months and 4 days old

I don't know the exact weight of Cooper I used (advantix ii (above 25kg)) for Cooper if Cooper is less than 25kg what will happen? Is that an a serious issue

Advantix II has a very wide margin of safety, and in fact it's recommended to "round up" to the next larger size if your pet is on the borderline of one of the weight ranges - so I would not expect this to cause any serious problems. To be safe, you could get a scale or stop by your vet's office to have Cooper weighed so that you know exactly what size to use next month :)
