My dog has a recurring blister on his paw and lip. What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Basset Hound | Male | neutered | 5 months and 25 days old | 76 lbs

Hello, my basset hound has come up in between his toes with what looks like a blood blister, it burst however it has filled up again. He also has one that looks the same on his lip. What do I do to help this?

Poor Hugo! Underlying causes of these types of cystic lesions can include allergies, foreign material lodged into tissue, and immune mediated conditions, all of which can become infected with bacteria and/or yeast. Hugo should be examined by his vet because he will likely need an antibiotic or antifungal medication either orally or as a topical foot soak.
