Dog acting strange, not eating/drinking after dog bite. What's wrong?

Not sure if you can see my recent question. But my dog buddy is acting strange. He is usually very energetic and now he can't even jump to get on the bed. I've noticed a loss of appetite yesterday and no drinking (even offered his favorite snacks) and I just saw a bite mark near his left thigh. Looks like another dog may have bit him. Can this be the cause of his symptoms?

It can definitely be the cause, a bite wound can be very painful and tend to get infected very fast, which can cause swelling and more pain. he will need to get it checked by a vet and will probably need antibiotics and pain killers.
