Why is my dog coughing, sneezing, and vomiting white foam after spay?

Mylee has been coughing and sometimes vomits some white foam and has been sneezing. She has recently been spayed 3/24/2017 and has been given her booster and rabies vaccine. She also seems to have trouble poop but is able to go. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 5 months and 25 days old | 16 lbs
