My Chihuahua's paw is sore, and her toenails are loose. What's wrong?

I have a long hair Chihuahua she has been chewing and licking on her front left paw and toenails real bad for about three days now she won't let u touch her paw her toenails are real lose what could that be. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 6.3 lbs
